Fayvia Boyd is a dedicated mentor, mother of four, and grandmother of three, known for her resilience and passion for empowering others. As a motivational speaker and mentor, she helps people achieve their goals and dreams. Professionally, Fayvia has spent 16 years in the banking industry and is currently a Bank Auditor in Baltimore, Maryland. She also holds a cosmetology license, reflecting her mentorship theme, “Building Beauty from The Inside Out.”

In 2010, Fayvia became a licensed minister and later an Elder in the Lords Church. Born and raised in Baltimore, she understands overcoming life's obstacles and mentors with a transparent, one-on-one approach. She wrote her first book, Alone in the Silence, Favor Followed Me,” which released in December 2025. Fayvia founded Healed2Heels, an organization with various ministries, including “Not Just Pretty,” which mentors young ladies aged 14 to 17, aiming to help people envision a better future.
